Quick Start — Your First Preorder

Get a preorder product live on your store in under 2 minutes.

1. Go to the Preorder page

In Presold, click Preorder in the sidebar.

2. Add products

Click Add products → select the products you want → click Add.

Or click Add all products to enable preorder on every active product at once.

⚠️ Note: Only products with "Active" status are included. Draft and Archived products won't appear.

3. Customize (optional)

  • Button text — change "Pre-Order Now" to anything: "Reserve Yours", "Coming Soon", etc.
  • Show when — choose when the preorder button appears (out of stock / always / in stock)

4. Save

Click Save at the top. Presold syncs your settings to all selected products.

What your customers see

✅ The preorder button replaces "Add to cart" on enabled product pages
✅ A preorder badge appears on collection page product images
✅ Orders go through your normal Shopify checkout at full price
