Managing Subscribers
View, export, and manage customers waiting for restocks.
Viewing subscribers
Go to Back in Stock → Subscribers tab.
Each entry shows:
- 📧 Customer email
- 📦 Product and variant they're waiting for
- 📅 Sign-up date
- ✅/⏳ Whether they've been notified
Exporting to CSV
Click Export CSV to download your full subscriber list.
The export includes:
- Email address
- Product name and ID
- Variant (if specific)
- Sign-up date
- Notification status (notified / waiting)
⚠️ CSV export is available on Starter and Pro plans.
How deduplication works
| Scenario | What happens |
|---|---|
| Same customer signs up twice for same product | Only one entry is kept |
| Customer was notified, product sells out again, they sign up again | New entry is created |
| Customer clicks unsubscribe in email | Entry is deleted |
Unsubscribe link
Every notification email includes a secure unsubscribe link. When clicked:
✅ The subscriber's waitlist entry is removed immediately
✅ No confirmation page needed
✅ Link is cryptographically signed — can't be tampered with
